“No one rises to low expectations.”There are degrees of success that are set by your expectations. What we determine as success or failure is set by our expectations. If our expectations are low then success may be easily achieved. However, the results of that success may mean little since the expectations were low. Setting higher expectations may make it more difficult for success to be achieved, but there will be greater meaning in the outcomes because expectations were high. It is easy to not be disappointed by setting low expectations and achieving success. However, someone else can easily overcome the results of success based on low expectations. The greater the expectations the greater difficulty there is in being successful. Successful achieving high expectations will mean much more and separate you from others. The question is are you expecting little successes or are you expecting great successes?
