Tim consults for higher education institutions, associations, and nonprofit organizations.  His current intellectual interest focuses on campus expression, design thinking, innovation, brand development, service, experience creation, event management, organizational development, risk management, and the future of work. Moore’s informed, practical advice is built upon serving at several public and private, small to large, religiously affiliated, and independent colleges and universities. He provides a spectrum of services from conceiving strategy to executing details, ranging from assessing culture, synthesizing recommendations, facilitating learning, and implementing solutions that advance organizational goals.

With a career spanning institutions including the University of Louisville, Southern Methodist University, Dartmouth College, the University of Nebraska, Idaho State University, and Southwest Minnesota State University, Tim retired from full-time roles in student affairs, campus activities, and union administration. His academic background includes a master's degree from Western Illinois University and a bachelor's degree from the University of Richmond.

During his tenure at the University of Louisville, where he served as Chief of Staff to the Vice President for Student Affairs and Dean of Students, Tim oversaw critical functions such as assessment, strategic planning, development, technology support, communications, marketing, human resources, divisional special events, and the Student Activities Center. Notably, he successfully led a $40 million renovation and addition to the Student Activities Center in 2018.

Active in various professional associations throughout his career, Tim has made significant contributions to the field. His involvement includes the National Association for Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA), the National Association of College Auxiliary Services (NACAS), the American College Personnel Association (ACPA), the National Association for Campus Activities (NACA), and the Association of College Unions-International (ACUI). Tim has presented over 150 educational sessions at local, regional, and national conferences. Recognized for his outstanding contributions, Tim has received the Lifetime Membership Award from NACA and the Emeritus Award from ACUI, underscoring his enduring impact on the profession. His wealth of experience and dedication to professional development positions Tim as a thought leader.

Tim's extensive career centered on creative endeavors and impactful contributions, leading more than 150 educational sessions.
