In the current environment if organizations are not moving forward then they not standing still, they are moving backwards. Many organization have active inertia where they keeping doing things (they are busy) but they are going nowhere. The competitive advantage now and in the future will come from out innovating the competition. Innovation is a matter of survival. You can’t live off of what you accomplished last year – you have to push forward to find new challenges to move forward in this year.
