The way we have done work may no longer work in the new realities of the changing world around us. Trying to replicate what worked yesterday only leaves you vulnerable. Being struck doing work the same way as it has always been done will not insure success in the future. Consider how many organizations thought they were doing good work until one day they discovered that how they were doing their work didn't work anymore and they were out of business. The key is not be be struck in the past but consider how you need to work differently in the future.
