The foundation for my professional career was laid at the University of Richmond. I didn’t go to Richmond expecting to go into higher education administration. However, through many experiences in the University Commons I found my calling. Through courses I took, my critical thinking was developed and the ability to synthesis various ideas into sound concepts nutured. The out of class experience provided me with practical insight and opened doors to my future profession. The foundation allowed me to build a strong professional career.
